      these are fantastic
These worked perfectly. ...no guess work on measurements and can be worry free for another 20 years....brass will not corrode away like previous pot metal and will be last time i have to cut out concrete to replace...i wish i had these on original pool installation

      Great investment
I like the safety factor of having an exit on both sides of pool. Also, kids don't have to swim across pool to exit and return to slides. In my opinion, you can never have too many exits out of the deep end of a pool.

      Measure !!!!!!
Measure !!!! We discovered the hard way that we had pre drilled holes for a ladder that had 22 inch wide steps, not the 19 this ladder is. We had to rent a tool to drill another hole to make the ladder work. All is better now, but measure everything before purchasing. Ladder looks great and the kids love it :)

      Easy Ladder Fix-Up
I waited way too long (like 8 years!) to find out that the steps can be replaced on metal ladders. The ladder is 28 years old and the metal in great condition so I was thrilled it could be saved by just ordering new bolts and steps.

More About Commercial Pool Ladders & Handrails

No commercial swimming pool safety checklist pool safety product list is complete without the proper installation of commercial pool ladders and commercial pool handrails from In the Swim.

Always make sure your pool ladder is in perfect condition for your pool guests. If the ladder feels loose, check the bolts and replace them with a ladder bolt kit if necessary. Look over the ladder anchor sockets in the deck as well, and replace them if there is extensive corrosion or a broken socket. Pool ladders themselves can deteriorate, which is especially true with indoor pools and saltwater pools. If you see excessive pitting, rust or cracks, install a stainless steel replacement pool ladder if needed or replacement ladder steps if the ladder’s rails are ok but the steps are failing.

If your commercial pool has built-in stairs, make sure your hand rails are still sturdy, and if they aren’t, replace them with pool stair rails that are easy for guests of all ages and capabilities to grab. You should do the same if you have a spa: make sure to inspect your spa hand rails for stability and absence of wear or deterioration. If you find the slightest defect, install a new spa grab rail to ensure safe spa entry and exit for all of your guests.

The pool professionals at In the Swim are always available to help you and answer your questions. We want your pool and spa areas to be the nicest and safest they can be, so call or email us with any question, and our experts will guide you in the right direction.
