Full-Time Positions Available...
In The Swim Full-Time employees, work 12 months a year 40 hours a week. Full-time employees receive an excellent benefit package including their choice of HMO or PPO medical insurance, dental insurance, STD, LTD, life insurance, 401k with co. match. Other benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation during the first year, 6 sick/personal days per year and 9 paid holidays.
Account Manager/Inside Sales
Responsibilities include maintaining relationships over the phone with our current commercial customers as well as new business development by means of outbound phone calls within your territory. Great communication skills, previous sales experience helpful. Account Managers earn a base salary plus commissions and bonuses paid monthly.
Part-Time Positions Available...
There will be positions for picking, packing, receiving and pre-boxing. Lifting requirements are based on the position. Fork-truck experience is not necessary but is a plus.
In The Swim offers two shifts, morning and afternoon. Weekends may be required during the peak season.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Answer inbound phone calls from our customers, respond to questions about our products, input orders into the computer, verify customer information and make sure each customer has a positive experience with In The Swim®. CSR's go through a formal training program to learn all aspects of pool care. CSR positions are available February through October, with annual callbacks based on performance and attendance.
Help Desk Analyst
Help Desk support for user community. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and walk-up requests for technical support.

Respond to issues with users’ equipment (PC, Printers, Etc.).
- Assist IT Directors with technical issues.
- Data input into Help Desk software package
- Assist users with system login issues (password)
- Track IT inventory (Toner, Equipment, Forms, Etc.)
- Create/Modify user accounts in Windows/Unix
- Prepare new hardware/software for installation
- Upgrade workstation applications, patches, service packs as needed
- Perform Move/Add/Change/Delete activity in Active Directory and Cisco Unified Communications environments
- Experience with Windows XP and Windows 7
- Experience with Windows Office 2010
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
- Experience with Cisco VoIP technologies
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Windows Server 2003 and Server 2008
- Experience with Unix (IBM AIX)
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in an environment utilizing both inside and outside resources
- MCSE, CNA, or A+ certification is highly desirable
