      "AN EXCELLENT BUY!"
The mesh leaf cather we put on top of our 20X40' inground pool is wonderful. We looked at it in the catalog for years but never purchased until this fall.."better late then never!" We waited until all the leaves had fallen, removed the mesh cover, and now our backyard looks clean & neat for the winter. Imagine how many hours of clean-up we have saved when opening our pool in late spring!!! This product is highly recommended!!!!!

This product does a good job of catching the majority of the leaves which drop in teh early to mid Fall. Once the snows start to come it must be removed as it is not designed for heavy weight (nor is it advertised as such). Consequently, trees which drop their leaves late suc as Bradford Pears and Oaks, will not be caught. But it still catches a large majority of leaves thus making spring cleanup and opening much easier.

      Leaf Catcher
Well, its a little premature to write a review on how the leaf catcher works as I only installed it a week ago. What I can tell you is it looks like a nice product and if we do it right, it should do the trick. This is our first year with the pool and already we have a lot of debris on the cover so I think the leaf catcher will be a good investment. At the beginning of the season we had to shovel out a lot of nasty leaves and debris from the previous owner's failure to properly install a ... read more cover. I actually paid a guy to clean it out and all in all if the leaf catcher works as it is supposed to, it will be cheaper and less hassle than paying this guy to clean it out next season.

Better option for closing the pool.
Much easier to fill than water bags. Light weight and easy to position around the pool before filling,

      Easy filling and nice looking
They work better than the pilows. Birds or dogs cant punture them. I do tie them with a string just to make sure the wind doesn't blow the cover off, even thow they snap on. Need to fill with water by cover as the arent strong enough to carry.

      Well made
Trying these for the first time. The water bags only last a couple years until the ice causes them to leak. They are very well made so they should hold up.

      Great Customer Service!
I ordered a dozen of the 10' tubes for my 20' X 40' pool. I used to use sand bags and various cement block to hold downy winter cover. These take a little more to set up but once they are set up my cover is locked down tight. Of the 12 I ordered 2 of them leaked on one side within a couple days. I sent a quick email to In the swim with my order info and pictures of the faulty tubes and they immediately sent me two replacement tubes. I didn't even have to send them the faulty ones in order to get ... read more the replacements. That is awesome customer service. I will try to remember to update after the winter to see how these tubes hold up in the elements.

Prefer the double tubes to the single tubes....
We have been buying these water tubes for over 26 years, and have always been very happy with them, until the past few years, when it seems that the tubes have gone down in quality, due to many tubes having leaks in them!! Just like so many products in our world today, quality has gone down and down, but price has gone up and up..............

In The Swim Knowledge Pool: Pool Leaf Net Covers

    In The Swim's Dr. Pool

Pool Leaf Cover Removes All Leaves in One Swoop!

Pool Leaf Catchers are de rigeur for any pool surrounded by large trees that shed leaves and debris during spring and fall. Simply lay the lightweight leaf cover on top of your winter cover, and once all of the leaves have fallen, pull it corner to corner, removing all of the leaves in one swoop!

Pool leaf net covers keep your cover pump from clogging, and you won't believe how easy it is to remove thousands of leaves and sticks in one easy motion. Saves hours of back breaking labor, no more dredging leaves from your winter pool cover! Pool leaf covers can also be used during spring and summer.

In The Swim's in-ground pool leaf covers and above ground leaf covers are the easy way to manage heavy leaf removal from your winter pool cover. Made of heavy carbonized nylon with triple stitched edges and sturdy grommets. Mesh leaf cover has 3/8" holes, for fast water shedding during removal, and quick drying for storage.

TIP: Remove and store your pool Leaf Catcher after all of the leaves have fallen. Leaf net covers last longer if not left on the pool all winter long.
